How do I report fraudulent activity on my debit card?

You may be contacted by our fraud department via phone, text or e-mail to verify the charges. Please note they will never ask you your card number, PIN number or CVC code (the three numbers on the back).
How do I temporarily block my debit card?

How do I change my PIN number?
If you don't know your current pin number, a pin number can be mailed to you. To request a pin number, contact Customer Service at (888) 662-2327 or email customerservice@badass.bank. Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm CST.

Do I need to set a travel alert?
To avoid interruption in service we recommend placing a travel alert on your debit card.
To place a travel alert:
Log into your online banking
Using any mobile device, log in to Online Banking
From the menu select Accounts >Travel Indicators
Click Create New Travel Indicator
Use the calendar icon or enter the date manually in the Start Date field and the End Date field.
Select the Card Accounts impacted.
Indicate the country you will travel to
If United States was selected from the Country field, select the state you will be traveling to.
To add an additional location, click Add Location.
Click Submit.
A message will display indicating the travel indicator was successfully created.
If you need to make any changes to an active Travel Alert, you can click Edit.
For Future Travel Alerts, create a New Travel Indicator.
