    Enrolling in Mobile Deposit
    1. Using any mobile device, log in to Online Banking

    2. From the menu select Mobile Deposit > Deposits Registration

    3. Enter your first name and email address

    4. Read and accept the Remote Deposit Capture Services Terms and Conditions

    5. An email will be sent to you notifying the Registration was approved. Approval emails will contain deposit limits.

    Making a Deposit
    1. Endorse the back of each check with “For Mobile Deposit Only, BADASS BANK”

    2. From the menu select Mobile Deposit > Deposits Checks

    3. Select the Deposit Account and enter the amount

    4. Tap on Take Photos (allow the app to access your camera) and take a photo of the front of the check and back of the check (use the guides to center the photo)

    5. Tap on Continue to submit the deposit

    6. If no errors found, you will have a green checkmark to proceed with the submission of the deposit. You will receive an email to confirm the deposit has been received.

    7. All deposits are reviewed for proper endorsements and account ownership. You will receive an email to confirm the deposit has been approved or denied.

    Transfer money between your BADASS BANK accounts and external bank account(s) with online banking.

    • Transfer between your BADASS accounts instantly!

      • All transfers done before 7:00 PM CST will post same day

    • Add an External account to move money to or from an account at another institution.

      • Credit/Debit will reflect the next business day

    • Set up your transfers in advance. Transfers can be set to recurring, or one time only.

    Internal Transfer
    1. From your menu options, select Transfers > New Transfer

    2. Select your From Account and To Account

    3. Enter the Amount and select the Frequency of the transfer

      1. You also have the option to set up transfers as recurring or scheduled.

    4. Enter a memo if applicable

    5. Click Continue to finalize the transfer

    6. You will be prompted to review the transfer, if everything looks correct, select Confirm. If the information entered is incorrect, select Edit. At this point, you can cancel the transfer or edit the information.

      1. An email will be sent once the transferred has been submitted.

    External Transfer

    Set up transfers to and from accounts that you have at other institutions. A micro deposit verification is required*. Once the account has been verified, initiate transfers to and from external account.

    Adding an External Account

    1. From your menu options, select Transfers > External Transfer Setup

    2. Select Create External Transfer Account

    3. Enter the name of the account i.e. (John’s Checking)

    4. Enter the Financial Institution Name and Routing Number

    5. Enter the Account Number for the other financial institution

    6. Select the type of Account from the drop-down options

    7. Click Submit

    *Micro Deposits can take up to 3 business days.

    Verifying an External Account

    1. BADASS BANK will transfer two micro deposits into your external account.

    2. From the menu options, select Transfers > External Transfer Setup

    3. Click the account awaiting verification.

    4. Enter the amounts of the two deposits deposited into the external account.

    5. Click Continue

    6. Once the external account has been verified, you can initiate external transfers.

    Account Alerts
    1. Using any mobile device, log in to Online Banking

    2. From the menu select Accounts >Account Alerts

      • The Account Alerts screen is used to create alerts notifying you of specific account information.

    3. Click Create New Alert.

    4. Select the type of alert. Options are:

      • Account Balance

      • Pending Transactions

    5. Enter a name for the alert.

    6. Select the account the alert is associated with.

    7. Based on the type of alert, different fields display. Complete the displayed fields.

      • Account Balance Alert– Indicate if the alert should be prompted when the balance

        is greater than or less than the indicated dollar value.

      • Pending Transactions – No extra fields display.

    8. Indicate if you would like to have the alert sent via SMS/Text and/or Email.

      • NOTE: The phone number must be setup in the Text Banking section first.

    9. Indicate if the alert is Active or Inactive. By default, the alert is set to Active once the alert is created. To deactivate the alert, click Active and the status will then change.

    10. Click Submit.

    1. Editing an Alert:

    2. Click Options.

    3. Click Edit Alert.

    4. Make changes as needed.

    5. Click Submit to save changes. Click Cancel to return to the Alerts screen.

    Deleting an Alert:

    1. Click Options.

    2. Click Delete Alert.

    3. Click OK to delete the alert. Click Cancel to return to the Alerts screen.

    Travel Indicators
    1. Using any mobile device, log in to Online Banking

    2. From the menu select Accounts >Travel Indicators

    3. Click Create New Travel Indicator

    4. Use the calendar icon or enter the date manually in the Start Date field and the End Date field.

    5. Select the Card Accounts impacted.

    6. Indicate the country you will travel to

      • If United States was selected from the Country field, select the state you will be traveling to.

    7. To add an additional location, click Add Location.

    8. Click Submit.

    9. A message will display indicating the travel indicator was successfully created.

    10. If you need to make any changes to an active Travel Alert, you can click Edit.

    11. For Future Travel Alerts, create a New Travel Indicator.
